, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

1. I understand that the ice plunging course involves immersion in cold water, which may carry certain risks, including hypothermia, cold shock, and muscle cramps.

2. I am aware of these risks and voluntarily choose to participate in the course.

3. I am in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in the ice plunging activities.

4. I assume all risks associated with my participation in the course and release Cornell Cooperative Extension, 4H Camp Wabasso, The LightHouse in Theresa,  their officers, officials, agents, employees and/or associates from any and all liability for any injury or damage that may occur as a result of my participation.

5. I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the course instructors and staff.
